Privacy notice
This notice explains what information BhuvamAI collects when you use bhuvamai.com and the Ensemble trial, why, who else handles it, and how long we keep it. Questions or requests: info@bhuvamai.com.
The short version
- You can browse the website without giving us your name or email.
- When you chat with an Ensemble persona, what you type is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the reply. Please do not type personal, confidential or sensitive information into the chat.
- Conversation text stops being available after 48 hours and is then deleted.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use what you type to train AI models.
- We use Cloudflare to run and protect the site, and two analytics tools that set no cookies to count visits and a few actions.
What we collect and why
Browsing the website
Like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives the technical details your browser sends to load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. On the main website pages, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits. It does not use cookies, and it is switched off for visitors from the European Union.
Contacting us
The contact form on the website does not send anything to us by itself. It opens a pre-filled email in your own email app, and we only receive it if you choose to send it. Emails reach our inbox at info@bhuvamai.com, which is hosted by Google Workspace. We use what you send only to reply to you.
Booking a call
The booking buttons open our Google Calendar booking page. Google collects what you enter there (first name, surname, email, your company and role, and what you want to understand) and sends a calendar invitation and reminder. We use it to hold the call.
Using the Ensemble trial
- Bot check. Starting a conversation runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that you are not an automated program. Your browser gets a token from Cloudflare, and our server sends that token and your IP address to Cloudflare to verify it.
- Session. We set one cookie that the trial needs to work. It holds a random session value and nothing about you. To limit abuse and enforce usage limits we store a keyed hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
- Your messages. What you type, the persona's earlier replies in the same conversation, and the persona's instructions are sent to Anthropic to generate each reply. We store your messages and the replies so the conversation can continue. We also keep technical records about each message, such as timing, status and cost, which do not include what you typed.
- Leaving your email. If you choose to leave your email address in the trial, we store it encrypted, together with the persona you were talking to, so we can follow up. We do not send you automated emails.
- Downloads. Downloading a conversation or a persona profile creates the file in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us.
- Action counts. When you download a conversation or profile, or click a booking button, Umami, our analytics provider, records that action and which persona or button it came from. Like most analytics tools, Umami also receives the address of the page, the page title and the website you came from. Umami does not set cookies, and it records nothing if your browser has Do Not Track switched on. The trial page does not record ordinary page visits.
Safety checks
We automatically check replies before they are shown to you. If a reply looks unsafe, we may keep an encrypted copy of it for up to 90 days so we can investigate, and a short record of the incident, without the conversation text, permanently.
Who else handles your information
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting the website, protecting our server, bot checks, website visit counts | Global network |
| Railway | Hosting our server and database | United States |
| Anthropic | Generating persona replies | United States |
| Umami | Counting the trial actions listed above | United States |
| Google (Workspace and Calendar) | Our email inbox and the booking page | Google's global infrastructure |
These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. Under Anthropic's terms for its API, Anthropic does not use what we send it to train its models, and deletes it within 30 days, unless its automated safety systems flag a conversation for review. Because these providers are in the United States or operate globally, your information may be processed outside India.
How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Conversation text (your messages and replies) | No longer available after 48 hours, then deleted by an automatic cleanup |
| Trial session records | About 30 days |
| Technical and cost records for each message, without the text | Kept permanently as accounting records |
| Email address left in the trial | Up to 365 days |
| Encrypted copies of unsafe replies | Up to 90 days |
| Server logs | Up to 30 days. Logs are not meant to contain what you type, but in rare error cases a fragment could appear. |
| Database backups | Daily backups kept for 6 days, so deleted data can remain in a backup for up to 6 days |
| Emails and call bookings | As long as needed to deal with your request |
| Umami action counts | 6 months |
| Copies held by Anthropic | Up to 30 days, longer only if flagged for a safety review |
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask a question about it, by emailing info@bhuvamai.com. Because the trial does not ask who you are, we may need details from you, such as the email address you left or roughly when you chatted, to find your data. We will reply within 30 days. Data in backups is removed when the backup expires.
You can use the trial without leaving your email, and you can switch on Do Not Track in your browser to stop the trial's action counts.
Children
The website and the trial are meant for business users and are not intended for anyone under 18.
